This is a reflexology treatment with a difference and is only taught to those who have a level 5 mastership in reflexology. During a NEPIP treatment, both feet worked bi-laterally and I will guide you through a series of hand placements, visualisation and affirmations.
NEPIP focuses on stimulating the endocrine (hormone), nervous and immune system. This is a fantastic treatment for those who suffer from stress and it is impacting on their physical health. A course of 4 treatments is recommended.

How does facial reflexology work?
Facial reflexology works on the same principle as foot reflexology : we believe the body is also mapped on the face and by applying pressure to precise reflexes, it is believed to promote relaxation and restore balance within the body.
Why choose facial reflexology?
Aside from the deeply relaxing, therapeutic nature of facial reflexology, it also has some unique benefits over all other reflexology treatments. The face naturally holds tension and emotions and as the ageing process develops ,the skin can become looser and lines may develop on the forehead, eyes and mouth area. Environmental pollutants and lifestyle choices can leave the skin with a dull or reddened complexion. Stimulating specific reflex points on the face, using a specialised technique can boost the circulation and stimulate the production of collagen. The result is a glowing ,more youthful complexion from a non-invasive natural treatment.
Can I have facial reflexology if I’ve had fillers or botox?
Yes – however we would recommend waiting at least 3 weeks after fillers and 3 months after Botox. Clients having undergone surgical facelift would be advised to wait at least 3 months before facial reflexology also. If you have any questions regarding this please call Andrea to discuss.
What can I expect during a treatment?
Facial reflexology can be a stand-alone treatment or as part of a treatment package. At your first visit you will be asked some health and lifestyle questions as this will allow for Sarah to develop a bespoke plan to suit your needs. You will be laying on a massage couch and your face will be cleansed before applying the crystal infused facial elixir.
The treatment will involve your therapist applying gentle pressure to specific areas on the face and applying some facial massage techniques. You will be offered 1 or 2 techniques to try at home to encourage a beautiful daily facial routine !
Facial Reflexology session lasts 60 mins
The Bergman method of facial reflexology is approved by the Association of Reflexologists.
